Yes. Refunds will be offered but we must have the item returned to us in 7 days or we must be notified of the intent within 7 days. We will refund the selling price of the item ONLY. We can not refund shipping as well.

They are from all over the place. Forests, dunes , some old gardens, mines etc. Gnomes, according to folklore , are good luck. So, we do our best to spread Gnome magic through out the world. All humans need some type of whimsical symbol to keep the world interesting.

I have long pondered this question myself. We know the last thing butterflies want to do is land happily on our hands and enjoy the day with us. However, in the gnome world , they are always depicted with butterflies landing on their shoulders or catching a ride on their sleeves. My only conclusion is that the gnome artists thought it better to display their creations with butterflies then with worms, snakes or any other creepy animal that may dot the backyard landscape. Although, I question the wisdom of some of my gnomes who ride slimy snails though out the day....... I am also thankful because I would have a hard time writing up a flowery description of a garden gnome who is has a wasp on his nose or something like that.

Yes. Give us your preference. We will ship out by USPS but be forewarned. We have had some fatalities of our gnomes when they were shipped via USPS. We request some type of shipping insurance, so if your gnome is used as a soccer ball (don't laugh, it happened) by energetic postman, we have some recourse.

We have been thinking about it for ages. The market is saturated with collectors gnomes and basically the big boy dealers never returned our request for info. A pox on them! However, we are still debating about going into various gnome collections and offering them for sale. When we do have an inventory of them, we will list them. Yes. We are retail shop but we have developed a network of screened installers for daylighting systems, solar hot water heaters and PV installation. So, if you are local , we can get an installer for you. Otherwise, you can purchase from us and find your a decent installer yourself.
